Curried Tuna Salad

3/4 cup mayonnaise (fat free)
1 tsp. curry powder
1 can albacore Tuna in water, drained
1 apple, chopped
1/2 cup halved grapes
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (reduced fat)
1 cup cooked and drained bow tie pasta

Mix dressing and curry until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 2 hours. Serve on lettuce lined plates. 5-6 servings.
