1 medium can Tuna in water, undrained
1 small can young and tender sweet peas
3 small carrots, thinly sliced (or small canned carrots)
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Onions to taste, if desired

Boil carrots and onions (if desired) in water until done. Add Tuna and peas. Heat thoroughly. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup tap water. Stir into Tuna mixture, small amount at a time, until consistency of gravy. Serve over biscuits or toast.
