Tuna Spread with Herbs

13 oz. canned Tuna in water
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped herbs - tarragon, parsley, chives, dill
1/4 cup finely chopped stuff olives
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, freshly ground pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise


Drain Tuna. Combine with eggs. Make herb mixture of a little fried tarragon, a little dill, more of fresh parsley and chives. Mix all ingredients. Serve on crackers.
