Tuna and Rice Casserole

2 cans Tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
1 package frozen peas or 1 can peas
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups cooked rice
Crushed potato chips or corn flakes


In saucepan, combine mushroom soup with milk until smooth. Add Tuna, cooked peas, salt, pepper and rice. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle potato chips or corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.


Serves 4-6
