Tuna Chow Mein Casserole

1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup celery
1/4 cup onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1 can Tuna, with liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup cashews
1/2 bag chow mein noodles

Heat oven to 350 F. Melt butter in skillet. Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
