Tuna Pie

2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans Tuna in water
2 onions, sliced
8 medium potatoes, peeled
1/2 stick margarine


Cook potatoes and onions together. When cooked, drain, mash, adding margarine and Tuna. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix very well. Pour into favorite pie crust (2 pie crust). Can also use frozen pie crust. Fill pie crust with mixture, put top crust on and seal edges with fork. Make holes in top crust. Bake at 325 F until crust is cooked.
