Grilled Tuna

4 (3/4 inch) Tuna Steaks
1 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tsp. ground pepper
1 lemon, quartered

Place Tuna Steaks in a 2 inch dish. Pour salad dressing over Tuna. Refrigerate for an hour, turning once. Remove Steaks and sprinkle pepper on both sides.

Grill, over medium coals until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. (About 5 minutes on each side.) After removing from grill, squeeze a lemon wedge over each steak.
