Scalloped Tuna and Potato Chips

2 Tbsp. grated onion
3 cups crushed potato chips
2 cups medium white sauce with 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce*
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna, flaked (or leftover chicken)

*May substitute with 1 can condensed mushroom soup.

Add onion and parsley to white sauce; mix well. Grease and flour a casserole dish, place layer of chips, onion and white sauce; repeat, ending with top layer of chips. Bake 350 F for 25 minutes.
