Tuna Loaf

1 small onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in margarine until soft. Add milk, heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Beat bread crumbs into milk mixture until thick. Add remaining ingredients. Pack in well greased loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 375 F until firm in center and edges are brown.
