Tuna a la Casserole

8 oz. wide egg noodles, or spirals for fun
2 cans Tuna in spring water
1 1/2 cups yogurt, plain or low-fat
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup black sliced olives
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup croutons
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup margarine


Boil and drain noodles. Mix all ingredients but the last 3. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Melt margarine, mix in croutons and cheese. Pour crouton mixture over casserole. Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350 F.
