Escalloped Tuna and Peas

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
9 oz. can Tuna fish
1 small jar mushrooms
1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed

Melt butter. Add flour and stir. Add milk and salt. Stir to make white sauce. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered dish and sprinkle with crackers. Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes, until brown on top or center is bubbling.
