Tuna Mousse

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup chopped celery
12 oz. Tuna
1 cup mayonnaise

Melt in saucepan: soup, cream cheese and onion. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup of hot water. Add this to the cream cheese mixture, also celery, Tuna and mayonnaise. Mix above well. Pour into a mold -- unmold and serve on platter with crackers. Spread mousse on crackers and enjoy!!
