Tuna and Tomato Casserole

2 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 Tbsp. margarine
7 oz. can drained Tuna
1 can stewed tomatoes
Salt substitute
Cracker crumbs, optional

Cut pared potatoes into thin slices and cook in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Spread 1/2 of potato slices in bottom of greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 of flour, salt substitute, margarine, Tuna and tomatoes. Repeat and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake uncovered at 375 F for 20 minutes.
