Tuna Or Salmon Casserole

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes (optional)
2 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups Tuna or Salmon
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Make a white sauce with first 3 ingredients. Add chicken bouillon cubes if desired. Beat eggs and add to slightly cooled sauce. Add rest of ingredients. Put into a baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 45-60 minutes.
