Tuna Cashew Casserole

1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1-2 cans mushroom stems and pieces
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can Tuna
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chow mein noodles
6 oz. salted cashews


Saute celery, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in butter. Add Tuna, soup, cashews, and noodles (reserving some to sprinkle on top). Pour in casserole, sprinkle on remaining noodles and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
