Tuna Chowder

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup carrots, chopped
6 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups water
1 can Tuna drained
4 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper


Melt margarine. Add onions, celery; saute until tender. Add carrots, potatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add Tuna and milk. Heat through. Stir in salt and pepper.
