Tuna Broccoli Loaf

4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 cans Tuna (chicken or Salmon, etc.)
1 small onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
10 oz. broccoli, cooked

Beat eggs, add milk and crumbs, let sit 5 minutes. Grease loaf tin. Stir in Tuna, onion, salt, lemon juice, cheese and broccoli. Bake one hour at 350 F. Let stand 5 minutes then turn out. Serve with cheese sauce.
