Tuna Loaf

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna, drained & flaked
3 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms

Mix together all ingredients except soup and mushrooms. Shape Tuna loaf and place in greased baking dish. Mix soup and mushrooms. Pour over top of loaf. Bake 30 minutes at 375 F.
