Tuna pickle Loaf

1 (12 1/2 oz.) can Tuna
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. diced sweet pickles
Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Shape mixture into a loaf; place in a buttered baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 F. Let stand about 5 minutes before slicing.


Yields 4 servings
