Tuna Pie

1 cup rice
1 can Tuna, drained
1 1/2 cups cheese
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup green pepper
2 Tbsp. pimientos
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. salsa


Cook rice, cool and flatten into a buttered pie plate. Top with Tuna, cheese, green pepper, onion and pimento. Beat eggs and milk and seasonings. Pour over rice mixture. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut in wedges.
