Antipasto for Two

6 leaves Romaine lettuce
6 slices Provolone cheese
6 slices salami
1 small jar pimentos
1 small jar anchovies
1/2 cup chick peas
1/2 jar marinated artichokes
6 slices red onion
1 can white Tuna (drained)
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper


Arrange Romaine leaves on a platter. Top with remaining ingredients and sprinkle with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
