Tuna Balls

1 egg, beaten
2 cans Tuna, flaked
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
Pepper to taste
Corn flake crumbs


Combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls. Roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes at 450 F.


Yield: 80 to 90
