Quick Tuna Pie

2 fold out pie crusts
2 cans Tuna
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp. butter


Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Drain Tuna and mix with onion and celery. Mix 3/4 can of soup with the Tuna. Place 1 pie crust into a pie dish. Spoon Tuna mix evenly over crust. Place other crust on top and crimp edges. Vent top of crust with slits. Bake at 350 F until brown.
