Tuna and Rice Muffins

2 cups cooked rice
1 (6 1/2 oz.) Tuna, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 eggs
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup black olives, sliced
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. milk


Sauce:


1/4 cup melted oleo
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice


Combine rice, cheese, Tuna, olives, onion and seasoned salt. Stir in eggs and milk. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes.
