Tuna Cheesettes

1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
6 1/2 oz. can Tuna, drained & flaked
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt


Combine cheese, eggs, Tuna, green pepper, onion and relish. In small bowl combine sour cream and seasonings. Fold into Tuna mixture. Spread on buns and bake in oven until cheese is bubbly.
