California Tuna Plate

2 (6 1/2 oz.) solid Tuna
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas, defrosted only
1 cup thick sliced celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
About 1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup chow mein noodles
Cashews for topping
Greens for garnish


Combine Tuna, peas and celery. Cover and chill. Combine mayonnaise, lemon, curry and garlic, chill. When ready to serve mix together. Add noodles and sprinkle with nuts. Serve on greens.
