Tuna Rice Casserole

2 (6 or 7 oz.) cans drained Tuna
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 Tbsp. diced pimentos
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup chow mein noodles

Combine Tuna, rice, celery, onions and pimentos. Blend soup, milk and cheese. Heat. Stir into Tuna mixture. Season to taste. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
