Tuna Quiche

1 large (12 1/2 oz.) or 2 small (6 1/4 oz.) cans Tuna
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas or broccoli or spinach
5 eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream soup celery or mushroom
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 pie shells, unbaked

Beat eggs well. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into both pie shells and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1 hour in 375 F.

Makes 2 pies
