Creole Tuna

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 small tomato, peeled and cut in eighths
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna fish


Melt butter in saucepan. Add green pepper and tomato. Cook 5 minutes. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and stir until smooth. Season. Add flaked Tuna and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve on toast or rice.
