Tuna Casserole

1 can chow mein noodles (save 1/2 for top)
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna or chicken
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup cashew nuts (chopped ever so little)
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk

Add ingredients in the order given. Dot with butter. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Variation: You can use 1 can bean sprouts and 1 slice bread to take up the juices.
