Swiss Tuna Melt

1 can Tuna, drained
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) natural shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
4 slices bread
1 tomato, sliced
1 (6 oz.) package natural Swiss cheese slices


Mix Tuna, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spread Tuna mixture on bread; top with tomato and cheese slices. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
