Tuna Casserole

1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 can peas
1 can golden mushroom soup
Onion (optional)
2 cans Tuna

Cook rice according to directions on rice package. Drain half of liquid from peas. Drain Tuna. Add Tuna, peas and onion, if desired, to rice. Add soup. Mix together. Heat in 350 degree preheated oven for about 30 minutes or on top of stove until warm. Serve with biscuits or warm bread.
