Light Tuna Chef Salad

2 cans light water packed Tuna, drained
1 white onion, sliced
3/4 cup wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 cup diced celery
8 cups torn lettuce
1 cucumber, sliced
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tsp. sugar substitute


Mix vinegar and sugar and basil leaves. Chill. Toss remaining ingredients together. Pour chilled dressing over and toss lightly.
