Tuna Loaf

2 cans Tuna
2 cups soft bread
3/4 cup milk
1 cup celery, cut fine
1/4 cup diced onion
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Heat milk, stir in bread, add all together. Put in greased aluminum foil lined bread tin. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. To halve recipe, use smaller pan or thinner. Do not bake as long. Delicious with mashed potatoes and creamed peas.
