Tuna Balls

2 (13 oz.) cans Tuna
2 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 cup parsley, snipped finely


Drain and flake Tuna. Cream the cheese and then add lemon juice, horseradish, Tabasco sauce and Tuna. Mix lightly. Shale mixture into small balls, then roll in parsley. Chill several hours.


Makes about 40 balls
