Tuna Croquettes

2 lb. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp. grated onion
1 can white flake Tuna
2 cups cracker crumbs
4 eggs, beaten

Melt margarine slowly; add flour, salt, and pepper. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thick; set aside to cool. Add rest of ingredients; roll in crumbs. Dip in eggs and roll in crumbs again. Bake at 375 F until brown.
