Tuna Casserole

1 large can white Tuna
1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
Dash of paprika
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. boiled rice, bastimi or whole grain
Salt & pepper
Dash of mustard
1 Tbsp. flour

Scald and drain Tuna and add chopped celery and rice. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, and milk and add seasonings. Combine all and bake until brown in a moderate oven.
