Tuna Chow Mein

1 can mushroom soup
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large can Chinese noodles
1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 can Tuna
1/4 lb. chopped cashew nuts (optional)


Saute celery and onions in butter. Mix 1/2 can noodles in with remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and add the rest of the noodles to top. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
