Tuna Loaf

5 or 6 slices bread (white)
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white meat Tuna, well drained
1 egg, separated

Mix together all ingredients except the egg white. Put into loaf pan. Beat egg white until fluffy. Cover the Tuna loaf with egg white. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1/2 hour.
