Tuna Log

1 large can Tuna
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. parsley

Drain Tuna, combine lemon juice, cream cheese, horseradish, onions and salt. Mix well. Chill several hours. Combine nuts and parsley. Shape in 8 x 2 inch log and roll in nuts and parsley.
