Tuna Burgers

1 (12 1/2 to 13 oz.) can Tuna in water
3/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs (20)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large egg
1/3 cup tartar sauce


Drain Tuna. In a large bowl, with fork, mix Tuna, crackers, pepper, eggs, and tartar sauce. With hands, shape Tuna mixture into 4 (3 inch) round patties. Broil like regular hamburgers. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce and tomato.
