Tuna with White Sauce

1/2 stick margarine
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 Tbsp. flour
1 (6 1/8 oz.) can Tuna, drained

Melt margarine in large skillet, then add enough flour to form a paste. Gradually stir in milk and simmer until it reaches your preferred consistency. Add the tune, then salt and pepper to taste. Serve over toast or chow mein noodles.
