Tuna Loaf

2 large cans Tuna
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup rice, cooked
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
Celery and onion, cut fine


Break Tuna into small pieces and add all other ingredients. Turn into a buttered pan and bake in hot water until set (325 degree oven). Serve with mushroom sauce.


Serves 8 or more
