Pacific Chowder

3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups chicken bouillon or stock
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked


Add diced potatoes to bouillon stock and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Blend on HIGH in a blender or food processor to liquify. Add flaked Tuna and heat.


Yield: about 2 cups. Recipe may be doubled, etc.
