Tuna Jackstraw Casserole

1 (14 oz.) shoestring potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped pimento

Reserve 1 cup shoestring potatoes for topping. Combine remaining potatoes with other ingredients. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange reserved potatoes on top. Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes.
