Tuna Balls

1 can Tuna, drained
1 cup cooked rice
2 eggs
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Seasonings to taste


Combine all ingredients with seasonings of your choice. Roll into 2-3 inch balls and place in greased cupcake pan. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until light brown and sticks together.


Makes 12 (2 inch) balls
