Italian Tuna with Anchovies

1 (6 oz.) can Tuna fish
1 Tbsp. oil
Chopped olives, 1/2 cup black or green
1 cup garlic chopped (1 clove)
1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
small crackers or taste, cut triangles


Drain oil from Tuna. Place in a bowl and mash gently with fork. Add the oil, garlic, onion, anchovies, and lemon juice.


Serves 6
