Mozzarella and Tuna Salad

1 can Tuna in oil (7 oz.)
1 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
4 oz. mozzarella
Half a lemon

Place Tuna fish on serving dish, save oil. Flake fish into chunks. Arrange onion rings over Tuna. Encircle the fish with mozzarella slices. Drizzle oil from Tuna and squeeze fresh lemon juice over salad. Serve.

Serves 2 people
