Mushroom Tuna Stuffed

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 can of Tuna in oil
1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place top side down on lightly greased baking sheet. in small bowl mix remaining ingredients. Spoon into mushroom caps. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes until hot.
