Chinese Tuna Casserole

1 lb. can chow mien vegetables (drained)
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna (drained)
1 small can water chestnuts (drained and sliced)
1 can cream soup of your choice
2/3 cup milk
1 can Chinese noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles. Put into greased casserole. Cover top with noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 F about 20 minutes.
